Fusion is a feature that transforms your prompt into a multi-model deliberation, using a panel of expert models to analyze it with web search and fetch enabled.
A judge model then synthesizes the panel's responses into a structured analysis, covering consensus, contradictions, partial coverage, unique insights, and blind spots, before writing the final answer.
It offers presets like Quality (default) and Budget, and allows customization of panel and judge models via the fusion plugin's analysis_models and model fields.
Fusion is ideal for scenarios where a single model is insufficient, such as research, expert critique, or when accuracy is critical despite higher cost.
Pricing is based on the sum of completions from all panel members and the judge call, with details available in Activity; OpenRouter's API is OpenAI-compatible for easy integration.
