SLA Credit Watch tracks vendor status pages and maintains a monthly downtime ledger for each service.
It calculates and notifies you when an outage exceeds SLA credit thresholds, including the entitled credit amount and filing deadline.
Currently, there is an open incident with Twilio affecting SMS delivery in Colombia since July 11, 2026, with a duration of 6h 18m and a degraded status.
The tool emails only SLA credit-related information and filing deadlines, with no other communications.
