  • Study evaluated epcoritamab monotherapy vs. epcoritamab with lenalidomide as first-line therapy for older adults with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) ineligible for anthracycline-based chemoimmunotherapy.
  • In stage 1, complete response rate was 63.6% with monotherapy vs. 45.5% with combination therapy; common grade ≥3 adverse events included infections (18%) and fatigue (14%) for monotherapy, and neutropenia (40%) and infections (38%) for combination.
  • Based on efficacy and safety, epcoritamab monotherapy was selected for expansion in stage 2; overall complete response rate across stages was 57.6%, with manageable safety profile, supporting further investigation as a chemotherapy-free option.
