T-Mobile is automatically migrating customers on legacy plans like Simple Choice, T-Mobile One, and grandfathered Sprint plans to current plans such as Essentials, Experience More, and Experience Beyond.
The migration will affect individual customers and some small businesses, with notifications sent via text or the T-Life app, and changes taking effect in upcoming billing cycles.
While some customers may see a price increase, T-Mobile states the new rates will generally be lower than what new customers pay, and all moved customers will retain current benefits and gain improved network access.
