- The study evaluated real-world efficacy and safety of frontline enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab (EV+P) in metastatic urothelial carcinoma, with 148 patients receiving first-line treatment.
- For first-line EV+P, the median progression-free survival (PFS) was 12 months, objective response rate (ORR) was 69.0%, and median duration of response was 20 months; overall survival rates were 73.8% at 12 months and 57.7% at 24 months.
- Shorter PFS was associated with upper urinary tract tumors, ECOG PS ≥2, and de novo metastatic disease; treatment-related adverse events occurred in 80.6% of patients, with 13.7% being grade 3-4.
- The findings support EV+P as an effective and manageable frontline therapy, consistent with the EV-302 trial.
