- In MASLD-positive CHB patients, FIB-8 showed the highest AUROC (0.728) for predicting significant fibrosis, followed by Lok and ATA scores.
- In MASLD-negative CHB patients, FIB-4 had the highest AUROC (0.660), with FIB-8, Lok, and ATA scores performing worse.
- Overall, all NITs demonstrated low-to-moderate diagnostic accuracy, limiting standalone clinical use in CHB patients.
