Amazon Leo mission updates: 375 satellites now in orbit after Atlas V launch

Amazon Leo (formerly Project Kuiper) is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet to underserved areas, with full-scale deployment starting in April 2025.
As of July 2, Amazon Leo has completed 14 missions, launched over 375 satellites (now 396 total), making it the third-largest constellation, with more than 100 launches secured to increase deployment rate.
The latest mission (LA-08) launched 29 satellites on ULA's final Atlas V flight, transitioning to Vulcan rockets for future launches; satellites are being raised to operational altitude of 392 miles for service rollout later this year.
Completed missions from 2025-2026 used various rockets including ULA Atlas V, Arianespace Ariane 64, and SpaceX Falcon 9, with mission names updated from 'Kuiper' to 'Leo' after the November 2025 program rename.
