- Key initiatives include: the Chips Act 2.0 to enhance semiconductor ecosystem resilience and domestic demand; the Cloud and AI Development Act (CADA) to harness AI and cloud for industrial and societal transformation; the EU Open Source Strategy to reduce technology dependencies; and a Strategic Roadmap for Digitalisation and AI in Energy.
