Google will pay SpaceX $920 million per month from October 2026 to June 2029 for access to approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and related components.
The deal includes a cancellation clause allowing either party to terminate with 90 days' notice after December 31, 2026.
This agreement follows a similar compute deal SpaceX made with Anthropic, which pays $1.25 billion monthly for access to the Colossus 1 data center.
Google describes the deal as a short-term measure to meet surging demand for its Gemini Enterprise platform.
The announcement comes ahead of SpaceX's IPO, aiming to raise around $75 billion at a valuation of approximately $1.75 trillion.
Google is a longtime SpaceX investor, with its stake expected to exceed $100 billion post-IPO, and both are discussing orbital data centers.
