The contract aims to assist in enforcement and removal operations, with bonuses tied to success rates.
Thirteen companies, including GEO Group, signed similar contracts with ICE.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) offered bonuses for high success rates in verifying addresses and document deliveries.
The information was first revealed by The Intercept in October 2025.
