- The EU has opened an investigation into Grok under the Digital Services Act for possible CSAM proliferation.
- Grok's loose guardrails allowed it to generate non-consensual semi-nude images of real individuals, including children.
- The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) found that Grok produced 3 million sexualized images, including 23,000 of children, in 11 days.
