- Intismeran (mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy) plus pembrolizumab showed sustained improvement in recurrence-free survival compared to pembrolizumab alone in resected high-risk melanoma after 5 years, with a hazard ratio of 0.510.
- The combination also improved distant metastasis-free survival with a hazard ratio of 0.411 and showed a favorable trend in overall survival versus pembrolizumab alone, based on data from the phase 2b KEYNOTE-942 study.
