Target Hospitality has secured $132 million in contracts to build and operate the Dickens County camp, which may house over 1,000 workers.
Target Hospitality views the U.S. data center construction boom as a major growth opportunity, with their chief commercial officer calling it the largest pipeline he's ever seen.
Target Hospitality also operates the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in Texas, which has faced allegations of poor conditions, including worm-infested food and lack of accommodations for children with allergies or special diets.
