- Amazing Hand is an 8-DOF humanoid hand with 4 fingers, 2 phalanxes each, flexible shells, and all actuators inside.
- Features include 3D printability, 400g weight, low-cost (<€200), and open-source design.
- Each finger is driven by a parallel mechanism using 2x Feetech SCS0009 servos for flexion/extension & abduction/adduction.
- Two control methods: Serial bus driver + Python script or Arduino + Feetech TTL Linker.
- Detailed guides for 3D printing, assembly, and calibration are provided.
- Onshape document available with predefined positions and servo angles.
- Basic demo available in Python & Arduino; external power supply required.
- Future improvements include custom PCB, smarter behavior, additional fingers, stronger motors, compliancy, and fingertip sensors.
- Public Discord channel available for community engagement.
