- ALB directly binds to ATP-binding sites of TGF-β receptors (TGFβR1 and TGFβR2), promoting TGFβR2 degradation and suppressing downstream signaling pathways.
- In vivo studies show ALB suppresses tumor growth and lung metastasis in mouse models of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
