- Two distinct endotypes of TC-PALF were identified based on CD8+ perforin expression: high Prf and normal Prf.
- High Prf patients have a unique circulating CD8+ IFNγ+ Trm-like T cell population and monocyte proliferation/activation.
- Normal Prf patients show hypergammaglobulinemia, increased class-switched B cells, and reduced myeloid activation markers.
- The findings suggest IFNγ may be a therapeutic target in high Prf endotype to improve transplant-free survival.
