The rapper testified that the raid traumatized his children and that the videos were a response to the officers' actions.
The deputies claimed the songs ridiculed them, with one stating their child was hazed at school due to Afroman’s posts.
Afroman’s lawyer argued that exaggeration is common in social commentary, while the deputies' lawyer accused Afroman of lying about the officers.
