AMD is dropping proprietary OpenGL and Vulkan drivers from Radeon Software for Linux.
Future releases will rely on Mesa drivers, including RADV for Vulkan.
RADV, developed by Red Hat, Google, Valve, and others, will be officially supported.
AMD AMF will also be removed, with users encouraged to use VA-API in Mesa.
This change aligns with AMD's commitment to open-source software.
The proprietary drivers were less popular due to strong upstream open-source support.
