Repairing a "for parts" Canon 7D Mark II

- Author bought a broken Canon 7D Mark II for €180, sold as 'for parts only'.

- Fix: added a 100k pull-up resistor from the AF signal to a 3.3V point on the main PCB, restoring full functionality.
