Second, slimmer revision of the LT6502 6502 laptop with a 65C02 processor at 14MHz, 46KB user RAM, EhBASIC 22p2, eWOZMON, Compact Flash storage, built-in 7400mAh battery, USB-PD charging, 10.1-inch screen, and nanoSwinSID for sound.
Key improvements include better key placement, FFC for display, simpler case, battery level indicator with flashing CAPS Lock, and single USB-C for charge/data, along with a single PCB integrating keyboard and logic/processor.
Current status: PCB assembly underway (power tests passed), case design in progress (height reduced to 31mm from 70mm), with to-do items like larger display support, CPLD glue logic, firmware updates, keyboard/modem code changes, testing, and final case printing.
Memory map includes RAM from 0x0000 to 0xBEAF, peripherals at 0xBF00-0xBFFF (with devices like nanoSwinSID, Modem, Beeper, Compact Flash, 65C22 VIA, Display, Atmega644p keyboard, and Console), and ROM from 0xC000 to 0xFFFF containing EhBASIC, eWozMon, bootstrap, and 6502 vectors.
