Amazon is experiencing an outage with over 20,000 reports.
Reports of problems started increasing at 1:41 pm ET, peaking at 20,804 reports by 3:32 pm ET.
Amazon has not confirmed specific issues but acknowledged some customers may be affected.
50% of reported problems were at checkout, 21% from mobile app users, and 17% related to product pages.
Some product pages and the Amazon homepage are failing to load properly or at all.
