- The European Commission launched the EU Open Source Solutions Catalogue (EU OSS Catalogue) on 31 March.
- Developed under the FOSSEPS Preparatory Action to enhance collaboration and reuse of open source software in EU public sectors.
- Hosts over 640 solutions, with plans to include hundreds more by the end of 2025.
- Designed for public administrations, covering more than 30 key areas relevant to the public sector.
- Built on a federated architecture, consolidating solutions from national and local OSS catalogues across EU Member States.
- Includes software from catalogues like Awesome CodeGouvFr (France), Code Europa EU, Developer Overheid (Netherlands), Developers Italia (Italy), and Open CoDE Germany.
- Features include free text search, source catalogue, category, intended audience, and maturity level of the software.
