- Personal blogs are counted if they have written content by a single author, including professional journalists or company bloggers, but excluding social media and most GitHub links.
- Scores are aggregated across non-deleted submissions with at least 20 points, including duplicate submissions of the same URL.
- Domains are combined if the author moved to a canonical URL, but separate domains with distinct content by the same author are counted individually.
- Only domains with a cumulative score of at least 500 points are included to reduce dataset size.
- Data updates automatically on the second day of each month, with occasional out-of-band updates.
- Bios and topics are generated using LLMs and manual fixes, with higher accuracy for older, more popular authors, and corrections accepted via GitHub.
