- Redo-TAVI implantation success rate was 95.1% with 30-day mortality of 3.5%, stroke 0.7%, and pacemaker implantation 6.3%.
- Procedure significantly improved hemodynamics, reducing mean gradients by 12.0 mmHg overall and 29.0 mmHg in stenotic failures.
- Conclusion: SAPIEN 3 redo-TAVI is safe and effective across diverse THV types when guided by Heart Team, planning, and imaging.
