- The study presents 5-year survival outcomes of lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel) in patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) from the TRANSCEND NHL 001 trial and its long-term follow-up study.
- For efficacy-evaluable patients, the median overall survival (OS) was 27.5 months, with an estimated 5-year OS rate of 38%. Median disease-specific survival (DSS) was 67.8 months, with an estimated 5-year DSS rate of 52%.
- Among patients who were alive at the end of the initial study and enrolled in long-term follow-up, median OS and DSS were not reached, with estimated 5-year rates of 78% and 92%, respectively.
- Most deaths occurred within the first two years after infusion, and no new safety signals were observed, with low rates of late severe infections and second primary malignancies.
- The results support the curative potential of liso-cel for patients with R/R LBCL.
