- QuadRF is a 4-antenna software-defined radio (SDR) tile for arraying, usable standalone or as part of larger phased arrays.
- Operates in C-band (4.9–6.0 GHz) with full duplex, 40 MHz bandwidth per antenna, and 1 W Tx power per antenna.
- Features RHCP for Tx and LHCP for Rx, low Rx noise figure (~1.2 dB), MEMS TCXO with ~1.4 ps jitter, and Lattice ECP5 FPGA for <1 ms latency.
- Power: 12 V DC with up to 25 W peak consumption.
- Applications include 4×4 MIMO SDR, fox-hunting, DOA, RF exploration, open Wi-Fi/4G/5G base stations, and drone/robotics communication links.
