- Two formulations were tested: a flagellin-adjuvanted protein and a recombinant Modified Vaccinia virus Ankara (MVA) viral vector.
- Both formulations induced strong MEU-specific antibody and CD4+ T-cell responses in mice, with the best results from MEU-flagellin priming plus MVA-MEU.
