X-76 aims to combine jet-like cruise performance with vertical takeoff and landing capabilities.
Phase 2 focuses on manufacturing, integration, assembly, and ground testing of the X-76 demonstrator.
Key capabilities include cruise speeds exceeding 400 knots, hovering in austere environments, and operating from unprepared surfaces.
Flight test program (Phase 3) is planned for early 2028.
