- Nine characteristic components were quantified, and ESWRDK showed efficacy in reducing lipids, inflammation, and aortic plaques in AS mice models.
- Lipidomics identified differential biomarkers linked to glycerophospholipid metabolism, with ESWRDK modulating key hepatic proteins like PLA2, AMPK, PPAR-α, and SREBP-1.
- Dehydrodiisoeugenol and agarotetrol were found to bind and inhibit PLA2, highlighting their potential as active anti-AS components.
