Three full-size, full-motion flight simulators are for sale at $20,000 each: Southwest's 737-200, a Beechcraft King Air 200, and a Hawker 700, all donated in 2010 but non-operational since.
The simulators are located in a hangar at 8323 Travelair Street, Houston, TX, with removal requiring a large forklift (at least 22,700 lbs capacity) and coordination for vehicle escort onto Hobby airport's AOA.
The 737 simulator blocks access to the others, so its removal is necessary first, and all logistics, transportation, and temporary wall removal/reinstallation are the buyer's responsibility.
No warranties or guarantees are provided; the hardware is of unknown functional capacity, and the museum must vacate the building by the end of June, necessitating a quick sale.
