- The issues were caused by unrelated bugs, not intentional degradation due to demand or other factors.
- Fixes have been rolled out for both issues, and the incidents are now resolved.
- Anthropic is continuing to monitor for ongoing quality issues, including reports of degradation for Claude Opus 4.1.
