Claude introduces a new beta feature for users to reflect on and visualize their AI usage patterns, helping integrate AI effectively into daily life.
The reflection dashboard provides summaries of key topics, usage patterns, and task types, with options to review chat activity over 1 to 12 months and set quiet hours or break nudges.
It incorporates the 4D AI Fluency Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) to build skills and offers privacy by excluding incognito chats, sensitive health data, and underlying files.
The tool is available in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users with Memory enabled, developed in collaboration with digital wellbeing experts from MIT Media Lab and other institutions.
