Wayback 0.1 Released

Wayback's first preview release, version 0.1, is now available.
Wayback is an X11 compatibility layer for running X11-only desktop environments on Wayland, backed by wlroots and Xwayland.
The goal is to replace the Xorg binary, reducing maintenance for distro maintainers.
Daily-drivable for users with simple needs, but still alpha-quality with known bugs.
Missing features include multi-monitor support, DPMS control, and some Xorg options.
Progress since June 28 includes moving to freedesktop.org, adding a Matrix bridge, and splitting the project into an X.org-like structure.
Wayback has been packaged in several distributions including Alpine Linux, Nix, Arch Linux (AUR), and Fedora.
A new logo and website have been launched, inspired by the X.org logo.
Community involvement is encouraged via IRC (#wayback on Libera.Chat) or Matrix (#wayback:catircservices.org).
Contributors have made significant improvements, including bug fixes, code cleanup, and new features.
