- The Database of Faces (formerly 'The ORL Database of Faces') contains face images from 1992-1994.
- Includes 10 images each of 40 distinct subjects with variations in lighting, expressions, and facial details.
- Images are 92x112 pixels, 256 grey levels, in PGM format, organized in directories named sX (subject number).
- Available for download as a compressed tar file (4.5MB) or ZIP file from provided URLs.
- Reference paper: 'Parameterisation of a stochastic model for human face identification'.
- Credit must be given to AT&T Laboratories Cambridge when using the images.
