  • 60 patients were divided into treatment (PAES) and control (sham stimulation) groups.
  • PAES group showed higher Quality of Recovery Score (QoR-15) post-surgery compared to control.
  • Anxiety scores (APAIS) and information demand were lower in PAES group before surgery.
  • PAES improved sleep quality (PSQI) and reduced postoperative NSAID use.
  • No adverse reactions were reported from PAES or sham stimulation.
