Anthropic: You can't change your Claude account email address

- Cannot change the email address associated with a Claude account; use a long-term accessible email during sign-up.
- For paid plans (Pro or Max), cancel subscription via Settings > Billing to avoid future charges.
- Contact Support if you've lost access to the account email; include the old email in your request.
- Request to unlink your phone number from the old account if you plan to reuse it for a new account.
- Delete the old account permanently via Settings > Account after cancellation and unlinking; export data first if needed.
- If 'Delete account' is unavailable, contact Support for assistance with account deletion.
