- The study investigates the predictive value of the C-reactive protein-albumin-lymphocyte (CALLY) index for in-stent restenosis (ISR) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients undergoing drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation.
- A retrospective analysis of 452 patients showed that a lower CALLY index was significantly associated with a higher incidence of ISR (P < 0.001).
- Logistic regression analysis identified the CALLY index as an independent predictor of ISR (adjusted OR = 0.321, P < 0.001).
- Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis demonstrated that the CALLY index had a larger area under the curve (AUC = 0.702, P < 0.001) compared to other predictors.
- The CALLY index is proposed as a simple, cost-effective, and practical tool for risk stratification and prognosis assessment in ACS patients post-DES implantation.
