- The ad, featuring her likeness and promoting Meete as a platform for finding 'friends with benefits,' was allegedly targeted via geolocation to men in her Knoxville area, including her dormitory.
- The lawsuit, filed under the Lanham Act, Tennessee's ELVIS Act (right of publicity), and defamation laws, seeks $750,000 in damages, disgorgement of profits, punitive damages, and removal of the ad.
