Congressman Calls for FBI Help over Missing General, Scientists

Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO) has requested FBI involvement in the disappearances of retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland and scientist Monica Reza, citing concerns due to their links to advanced research.
McCasland, last seen on February 27 in Albuquerque, held senior roles in Air Force science, technology, and space research, and oversaw a project Reza worked on before she disappeared while hiking months earlier.
Burlison also mentioned a suspicious suicide of another individual connected to UFO whistleblowers, noting an ongoing FBI investigation, and suggested possible UFO-related knowledge in McCasland’s case, though his wife disputes this.
Authorities are investigating potential connections between the cases, with former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer speculating McCasland may have died by suicide, but search efforts in the rugged terrain are challenging and time-consuming.
