- It reduces hepatic lipid deposition, fibrosis, and inflammation in a mouse model combining chronic unpredictable mild stress and a high-fat diet.
- Mechanistically, XYS inhibits the TLR4/IL-1R1/MYD88 inflammatory axis and restores RXRα binding to PPARα and PGC1-α to regulate lipid metabolism.
