- Objective: Identify independent risk factors for micropapillary adenocarcinoma (MPA) in lung adenocarcinoma to aid preoperative risk assessment.
- Methods: Patients classified into MPA and non-MPA groups based on pathology. Data collected included clinical, pathological, and imaging details. Follow-ups tracked disease-free survival (DFS).
- Results: Higher recurrence in MPA group. Risk factors: smoking history, CT-diameter ≥22.5 mm, PSN, SN, lobulation, spiculation, vacuoles, VDT ≤310 days. Nomogram AUC: 0.923.
- Conclusion: MPA indicates worse prognosis. Nomogram improves patient stratification and clinical decision-making.
