- Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing (LBBAP) vs. Right Ventricular Pacing (RVP) in Cardiac Amyloidosis (CA) was studied.
- LBBAP showed shorter paced QRS duration (116 ± 17 ms) compared to RVP (159 ± 12 ms).
- LBBAP was associated with fewer heart failure (HF) worsening events (9.1% vs. 69.2%) and acute HF events (4.5% vs. 69.2%).
- Despite higher ventricular pacing burden, LBBAP had comparable mortality and complication rates to RVP.
- The study suggests LBBAP is feasible and safer in CA patients, warranting further validation in larger studies.
