  • The HackberryPi_CM5 is a Raspberry Pi Compute Module SBC-powered handheld computer that reuses Blackberry phone keyboards.
  • It aims to create a portable Linux computer for deeper understanding of Linux, hardware, and software architecture.
  • Designed by Zitao, a master’s student in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design at TU Dresden, Germany.
  • Dimensions: 143.5x91.8x17.6mm, weight: 306g (with battery, CM5, and heatsink).
  • Features include a BCM2712 quad-core CPU, dual Bluetooth speakers, 2242 NVME slot, and RTC battery.
  • Aluminium front and back plates with a 3D-printed middle section.
