Two more Liquid Glass fixes in macOS 26.4

Apple fixed the corner resizing area in macOS 26.4, making it easier to resize windows with large corners.
Scroll bars now stop just above the curve of windows with large corners, eliminating awkward clipping.
The scrollbar fix does not apply to windows with smaller radii, as shown with Apple's Terminal app.
Despite improvements, the author still dislikes the large window corners and variety of corner sizes in macOS Tahoe.
Apple is iterating quickly on issues, aiming to improve the design for long-term use.
