- The exploit involved sending a hidden instruction in Morse code to Grok, which bypassed safeguards and triggered a transfer of 3 billion DRB tokens.
- The attacker used a multi-step process: sending a Bankr Club Membership NFT to Grok's wallet to expand its permissions, then having Grok translate and pass the Morse code command to Bankrbot.
- After the transfer, the attacker quickly sold the DRB tokens on the open market, causing short-term price volatility, and funds from Grok's wallet were later returned and converted into other assets.
