- 中位总生存期：P组(35.8个月)、AP组(46.6个月)、C1P组(50.9个月)、C2P组(50.6个月)、CAP组(47.2个月)
- 联合治疗方案(CAP、C2P、C1P、AP)的无进展生存期显著优于单药治疗(P)
- 3-4级治疗相关不良事件发生率：C1P组(34.3%)高于AP组(16.9%)，C2P组(54.0%)高于CAP组(42.7%)
- PD-1单抗联合治疗可改善一线治疗失败的RM-NPC患者的无进展生存期
