Claude: Monthly API credits for Max and Team plans

- Max and Team plan subscribers receive monthly API credits to use on the Claude Platform.
- Eligibility requires an active subscription, being on the plan for at least seven days, and having the appropriate owner/admin role.
- Monthly credits vary by plan: Max 5x gets $100, Max 20x gets $200, Team Standard gets $20 per seat, Team Premium gets $100 per seat, with a pooled cap of $500 for Team plans.
- To claim, link a Claude Console organization via Settings > Billing on claude.ai; credits are deposited monthly into that organization.
- Credits cover the Claude API, Playground, Claude Managed Agents, and the Claude Agent SDK, but not interactive Claude Code, extra usage, or third-party platforms.
- Credits refresh each billing cycle, are used before purchased credits, do not roll over, and are shared across the organization.
- When credits run out, API requests stop unless the organization has other credits or auto-reload; usage is never charged to the Claude plan.
- If the plan changes, credits stop but existing ones remain usable; upgrades receive prorated credits; Team Primary Owners manage the pooled credit.
