Claude make Fable 5 permanent

Claude Fable 5 will be included in all Max and Team Premium plans at 50% of limits starting July 20.
Pro and Team Standard users will get access via usage credits and a one-time $100 credit.
Competition from GPT-5.6 Sol and Kimi 3 forced Anthropic to reverse its plan to remove Fable 5 from subscriptions.
Anthropic's original plan to remove Fable 5 was due to compute capacity concerns.
Users on the $20/month plan still will not have access to Fable 5; Max plans are $100 and $200/month.
