The device lacks a screen but features a humanlike personality, learns about users over time, is proactive, and connects to household appliances.
It includes a camera and sensors for multimodal AI input, enabling context awareness and recognition of people and surroundings.
OpenAI's entry into the hardware market places it in direct competition with Apple, Google, and Amazon, particularly Apple's similar desktop robot projects.
