- Ukraine is developing a satellite system similar to Starlink, according to President Zelenskyy.
- Zelenskyy argues it is fair for Ukraine to use Starlink for strikes inside Russia, citing expected technology sharing with Russia by China and others.
- Ukraine is grateful for current access to such technologies and has signaled the need for program continuation.
- Zelenskyy previously urged US President Trump to sanction companies involved in Russia's Rassvet satellite network, a potential competitor to Starlink.
